The one thing I can say is everything went smoothly. We put our house up for sale at the end of September and closed first week in December. Could not have been more pleased with everything. I was impressed with the flyers that were made showing the property. That Geri took the time to walk the neighborhood to hand out the flyers advertising the sale of the house. That Geri held an open house and was on hand for any questions or concerns that we had regarding the sale of the house. Geri's ability to negotiate our contract with our best interest in mind, we were very pleased with the sale of our property.

My husband and I were novices in the real estate world and Marilyn was always available to answer our questions and walk us through things. She is professional, confident and kind. I frequently would text her and received a response almost immediately. We bought our new home with Marilyn and she also sold our townhome within days of putting it on the market.
