DURING Covid... while packing up and moving back to the Midwest...AND putting our current home on the market she managed to calmly get the job done. We notified her July 8,2020 about a home we were interested in. July 12 our offer was accepted with her guidance. Multiple offers on the table and they chose ours. Closed August 21. She made the process so easy. Had everything ready to go when needed. She made sure it was a flawless process and we are in love with our new home. She should have had me sign the papers on the first day and walked me through the condition report. Docusign was bullshit. When my free trial ran out I had to find another way to sign. I will never pay for signing papers and everything could have been signed in person. She always answered the phone and was easy to reach via text. Would use her again
