She did it AGAIN!!! This is the 3rd home Teresa has helped us with. While in Cali.... DURING Covid... while packing up and moving back to the Midwest...AND putting our current home on the market she managed to calmly get the job done. We notified her July 8,2020 about a home we were interested in. July 12 our offer was accepted with her guidance. Multiple offers on the table and they chose ours. Closed August 21.
