Couldn't have been happier. We had a fairly difficult sell due to the fact that we were selling a house that was a part of my dads estate and going through probate at the same time. Then buying a house that was just a normal sale in a specific area which would've drove any realtor crazy. She helped us 100% of the time and in my opinion did an awesome job. Even though we won't be selling for a few decades I plan to use her again in the future.

We needed to move quickly. She immediately put together a plan to enter the market in two weeks time, clutter gone , furniture rearranged to enhance our space and show off spacious yard . Do to Bev's skill, we signed a contract for purchase very quickly. Beverly is honest and has superb people skills. She always answered any question or message very quickly. She was always calm, and full of positive support through our inspection , and Radon Testing. or when we were overwhelmed with the general moving process.
