Amy is an amazing realtor! She was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process of selling our Elmhurst home. She guided us through staging our home, pricing, showings and potential buyers' input, as well as communication and negotiations with the eventual new owner. She always kept our interests uppermost, and knew what the best path would be at every step of the process, yet allowed us time to work through everything, without being pushy. She was wonderful, and we highly recommend her!

After moving around so much I’ve had quite a few residences and therefore plenty of experiences with realtors. The list includes realtors in PA, IL, NJ… on both rentals and purchases. Mitch Gabel is second to none. What sets him apart is his patience, his ability to ask many questions, listen, and work in the buyer’s best interest. Having 2 boys born within 15 months of each other, we quickly found our new Family of 4 busting at the seams of our 2 BR townhouse. It was clear we needed a bigger place, preferably a single family home with 4+ bedrooms and some type of yard. Mitch entered our requirements into the online MLS system. Several times each week houses that fit our profile were sent to us in the form of online descriptions and pictures. We spent many Saturday afternoons looking at houses. <br/><br/>Throughout the entire (somewhat lengthy by many standards) process, Mitch maintained his strong support of our needs. He was quick to point out weaknesses of a house, preventing us from making a poor buying decision. Mitch was also quite creative, helping us along by providing input, “…you know, you might want to consider…” We never felt rushed during the entire process. The end result being a nice house that our Family will enjoy for many decades. I am grateful to Mitch Gabel and highly recommend him to anyone in the Chicago area for any Real Estate needs.

As a first time home buyer Darlene made our experience smooth and very efficient. She is very quick in responding and also educated us with many things through out the process. When she walks you through a house she walks it as if she were buying it , looking at every pro and con . She is very honest and has a wonderful personality. She does not push or rush you into getting a home , she considers all of your factors that you want in a house and makes sure you are happy. She also referred us to her mortgage broker , they make an incredible team. Her negotiation skills are truly remarkable, you will get the best deal if you choose her. My family and I are so happy with our new home and neighborhood. We are truly grateful ,I will be referring her to all of my friends and family.
