I think this really helped to get the right traffic through our home and to get it sold quickly. We got a strong offer and Janie supported us all the way through closing! Janie also guided us through the home buying process. We were moving to her area and she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She was with us every weekend to go around to houses and met us after work when needed.
