Stacey is amazing! She is such and energetic, caring and positive person to work with. She helped us sell our previous home and buy our new home. Selling our home was a breeze with her incredible attention to detail and her expertise and knowledge on the pricing of our listing. We were able to sell for more that we thought possible! When buying our home, she was very flexible with our schedules and attentive to our questions. You can certainly tell she loves what she does even after years of working as a realtor. As we looked at many homes, it was great to hear her ideas on how to keep an open mind. We had a great experience with Stacey and would highly recommend her.

Katy is the best realtor we could have ever hoped for. Not only did she help us buy our new home, she sold our townhouse too! The listing and the house flyer she created was incredible. No wonder we got an offer in 2 days and closed shortly after! While we were working with her she was responding almost immediately, no matter what time we texted/called her and was always updating us about even the slightest progress before we even asked! She is knowledgeable and has many years of experience. She is also very personable, we really felt she was looking out for our best interest because she cares, not just because it's her job. When we were looking at homes, she was giving us advice and pointing out possible problems that we hadn't even noticed. Made us feel we're in good hands. We highly recommend her!

Karen is everything you hope for in an agent and more. Genuinely, I could not have asked for a better agent. She's on top of everything from the start, she even gave me reminders when I needed them. She's an expert, can answer any question I came up with. Is super familiar with the area, very thoughtful and knowledgeable on what needed to be done, and willing to help! She has the right contacts. She has talented people to refer to for painting and various fixes, and even was a go between, discussing paint options with the painter for example. She is very kind. Throughout the process of selling my Nana's house, I was always 100% sure she was on the same team as myself and my family, and even helped with emptying out the house while we were getting it ready. I've had a tough year in a lot of ways, and Karen made a huge difference in my experience with parting with my Nana's home.
