I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

Patrick is everything a homeowner/seller would want and appreciate in n a realtor. Since we now live out of state, he always kept us up to date. I feel he went beyond what I expected.

Martin Uthe was great to work with as he has great communication skills and marketing knowledge. He answers his phone 90% of the time and the other 10% he returns your call within 5 minutes which is such a pleasure in this day and age. Martin also is a great resource for support services to get the best price in a reasonable time. In addition, Martin saved me a ton of time by meeting with contractors at my condo and contacting the association's management company when needed. I would highly recommend Martin to any family member or friend as he goes above and beyond to serve his clients.

Ryan did a fabulous job advising us on choices for prepping and listing our home. He helped organize so many details that were above and beyond what i would have expected. He really helped us every step of the journey. Our home was sold at above asking even before it was listed. VERY EXCITING. The whole process was smooth. AND FUN. We loved working with Ryan. Rebecca helped me sell the home our family owned for 56 years. She guided me in what I needed to remove and helped me rearrange furniture in order to present the home in the best light. The house went under contract in 3 days. In the time frame between going under contract and closing, Rebecca met with repair men as well as others that needed access to the home. This help was crucial. It allowed me to stay at work, rather than running back and forth from downtown to the suburbs in the middle of the day.
