Ronna will go the extra mile for you. She takes charge. Since this was my first purchase I had many questions. Ronna was easy to reach buy phone and text. Always getting back to me in a timely fashion. And staying in touch after the purchase, just to make sure everything was going well.

She should have had me sign the papers on the first day and walked me through the condition report. Docusign was bullshit. When my free trial ran out I had to find another way to sign. I will never pay for signing papers and everything could have been signed in person. She always answered the phone and was easy to reach via text. Would use her again
