He took his time getting to know my wife and I to learn about what we were looking for in a home. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were extremely nervous and uncertain how to proceed. Greg was there for us every step of the way. From the early morning texts to the late night conversations, Greg was responsive and patient with all of our questions and concerns. I hired Frances to sell my condo in Arlington Heights. From start to finish, she was professional and responsive. She assessed the property for repairs needed, provided several possible references for local vendors for work to be done, took excellent pictures for the listing, etc. She went above and beyond whenever possible. For example, when a potential buyer placed a bid, she verified their qualification and suggested we respond accordingly whether they were truly qualified or just pre-qualified by a web site. She didn't suggest a low price to make the sale, so we started it high to test the market. We got a good price and a fast sale.
