My mom had passed away and we had to sell the family home; which was a 3-flat. It was a very difficult thing for us to have to do. I was hoping to find an agent that would be understanding of that, but also be very knowledgeable and professional - and be able to guide us in the right direction. That agent was Sophie Bachula! Sophie coordinated the viewing very effectively, which led us to a quick sale. Her many years of experience and dedication made the whole process go smoothly. She was easy to talk to and would explain everything to us along the way. We are very grateful to Sophie for this excellent experience and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a broker. Thank you Sophie! You are the BEST!

Marilyn was a great help through the whole buying and selling process. We haven't sold property in 30 years and needed a lot of help. Our house was sold quickly and she made our move much easier for us. I highly recommend Marilyn Munton.
