Then she will have your home photographed so nicely it looks like it belongs in your favorite shelter magazine - even printing up soft cover booklets to distribute at open houses. If any major touch ups or repairs are needed, she has a stable of trusted contractors who will respond and complete projects quickly. We were out of town for much of this process for our second home, and she was physically at the property coordinating all these various things herself.
