Dianne was attentive to everything and offered solid advice on the current market, and what buyers are looking for. We renovated the house and had a fairly high price, but it was within safe limits. Dianne isn’t one to hype you up and give false hope, she is extremely realistic and lays out the options, which I really liked. When offers came through she was quick to email and text us, and when we reviewed them she knew what to look for. It’s always worth it to get a realtor who has been around a while.
