Ryan is wonderful! I had been renting out my condo in Chicago and Ryan was writing my leases for me. He knew that I wanted to sell at some point and when the market was ready, he let me know that it was a good time to sell. He knowledge of the local market is outstanding. I no longer live in Chicago and he went above and beyond for me. He is in constant communication. He has your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Ryan.

Our kids have all moved out, so it was time to downsize and look for a townhome. We all know realtors get a percentage of the sale. She treated us the same as if we were looking at a multi-million dollar home. When the first few didn't work out, I thought she would gave moved on to bigger and better things.
