I had to sell my house while going through a divorce, and Vince Romano was recommended to me by multiple contacts. Once I met with him, I fully understood why he came so highly recommended. He understood all the complexities of handling a sale during a divorce, and made sure to keep both parties well informed throughout. Due to various issues with the bank, there were times it really didn't seem like the sale would go through, but Vince worked tirelessly with the bank, the buyer's agent, and the attorneys to figure everything out. In the end it all worked out perfectly, and I'm so grateful to Vince for making it happen.
