Starting this review is a lot like when my wife and I began looking for a home. We had no idea where to even begin. That all changed when we met with Greg. Greg is an experienced, patient, and extremely knowledgeable human being, who shared with us not only real estate knowledge, but advice on life as well. He is a true mentor. He took his time getting to know my wife and I to learn about what we were looking for in a home. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were extremely nervous and uncertain how to proceed. Greg was there for us every step of the way. From the early morning texts to the late night conversations, Greg was responsive and patient with all of our questions and concerns. And there were plenty of questions of concerns! Never once did he make us feel like we were in over our heads or not ready for this important decision. He helped us figure out what will work best for us. Finally, that perfect opportunity popped up and we were able to execute the deal. I hired Frances to sell my condo in Arlington Heights. From start to finish, she was professional and responsive. She assessed the property for repairs needed, provided several possible references for local vendors for work to be done, took excellent pictures for the listing, etc. She went above and beyond whenever possible. For example, when a potential buyer placed a bid, she verified their qualification and suggested we respond accordingly whether they were truly qualified or just pre-qualified by a web site. She didn't suggest a low price to make the sale, so we started it high to test the market. We got a good price and a fast sale.

We were absolutely blessed to not only buy our first home with Laura, she also sold our home as well. We are a military family and only had a short period to travel to Illinois to find a home. It really helped me keep organized on which homes I liked and what I didn’t like about them. She made both buying and selling an absolute breeze. She is always available wether it’s texts or phone calls and if she can’t talk at that moment she calls you back within minutes.
