Frieda made it possible to now reside in our beautiful new forever home. We had driven by this property the previous day but it didn’t have the porch we had envisioned. Having seen several other homes over two days there was just something that pulled us back on a midday Saturday. I just had a gut feeling that this home was a hidden gem. The listing agent was out of the area but could show us the home Sunday or Monday so we said oh okay. We started heading home and five minutes later we received a return call The agent was able to arrange a viewing because Frieda made herself available on such short notice. What a gem Frieda and the home turned out to be. Frieda was very thorough in our tour in so much we hired her on the spot and put in an offer before we left. Any and all of my questions whether it was email, text or a quick VM was promptly answered no matter how trivial the question may have been. Frieda is very professional but better yet she inspired trust which we all know is not very common these days. Upon acceptance of our offer my wife wanted to leave a token of our appreciation for the seller and Frieda made that possible. She’s very knowledgeable of this area and gave us valuable information as well to assist in us in getting acclimated quickly. We never had to be contacted a second time on anything during the process which helped it close in under 40 days. On move in day a delivery was made and thinking it was something I had ordered I opened it up and realized it was an order for the seller. I sent Frieda a text explaining this. Shortly and I mean shortly, Frieda came by as we were conversing with the neighbors and picked up the package. She delivered it to the seller’s family who in turn got it to her promptly.

We recently bought a home in Star Idaho with the help of Jason and Kelli. They know the valley well and put together a list of areas for us to look and escorted us around. They took the time to understand our needs and tailored the search based on that. After looking at a few homes even they would walk in and say "nope". That is how well they got to know us. They were great with communication even when we were in a different state. They even took the time to stop by and meet us when they were in Washington to see another client.
