Kevin went above and beyond. The property we were looking at is boat access only. He let us borrow one of his kayaks and pulled me in a tube. Talk about dedication. We also were able to close due very quickly due to him convincing the current owners to owner finance until the funds came through. I highly recommend Kevin as he definately goes above and beyond.
