Chris, listened to our wants and concerns. He showed us several homes and then helped us focus in on the best property to fit our desires. Great communicator and negotiator!

Let me start off by saying the first few realtors I had were not focused on what I needed, but rather what they wanted. Chris, Never hesitated to show any houses, even when some were really questionable. Didn't matter what day or time, I was always able to get ahold of him. His experience was a huge bonus, as he also had a lot of advice along the way that was very helpful. Really appreciate you Chris! Already have and will be referring many to Chris. Thank you!

It was a totally positive experience having Chris Briner as my realtor! He helped sell my house which he did a great job with. He also helped me by finding my new home which was so much better than I could have imagined. I love it! Chris has the qualities that are important to me, being honest and ethical, being very caring and considerate, being truly professional and going above and beyond what would be expected from a realtor! I was very comfortable dealing with him, he seemed to know just what I was looking for and found the house I was looking for! I would recommend him to anyone who is wanting to sell their home, or buy the house of their dreams! I definitely give him five stars!
