We engaged Heidi as our agent on Friday, she scheduled us to view one property that evening, and a second one on the Sunday and we had an offer accepted on the Monday! She bent over backward for us, always available no matter what time of the night. Countless group calls, even a last minute lender change (the week of closing) didn't break her stride! When we found our "on paper) dream home, there was already an offer on it and the sellers were going to decide that night. Heidi communicated with the seller's agent and helped convince the sellers to wait until we had viewed the property, so we could submit an offer. She turned into a fierce strategist and helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at (under asking price to boot) to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other one. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Heidi. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes =)
