He always guided me in the right direction, showing me lots of houses and pointed out potential problems in houses that I was glad he talked about. Danny is very knowledgeable about the market as well as how pricey things can get if a house needs some upgrades such as a roof, flooring, paint, plumbing, electrical work, concrete etc. Danny always wanted to best for me and I felt that in how we did business. Danny or Megan would check in with me or my wife daily. Calling to see how my wife and I were feeling and Informing us on what was going on that day. Everybody says "buying a house is scary, daunting and difficult". I would say walking into it we were nervous. We were expecting all of those things but the moment we met Danny and Megan, I felt at ease. They made the process so extremely easy and intuitive.
