When my husband and I decided to buy a house our lender recommended 3 agents. I took those three names and went to searching the Internet. While I was searching I sent all three an email with a few questions. Bebiana is the only one who called me. She called me within 30 minutes of sending that email. She wanted to personally answer my questions and any follow ups that may arise. She asked me questions about what we were looking for, where and what we wanted to spend. It was during that phone call I knew she was our agent. In this crazy market, Bebiana was my saving grace. She kept me sane, she kept my hope alive. She understood our goals, wants and needs and always kept us moving forward. She is honest, and has an amazing work ethic. We always thanked her every step, as she made sure we understood what was next. she would always say “you are welcome, but it’s my job!” Yes, it may be a job, but from experience not every realtor does the job the same.
