I find that Shilo professionalism and knowledge of the market was in excellent , by keeping me informed on any issues with the house with the paperwork, the signings the closing and any additional information that I was meeting.He was prompt and up to date.I appreciate that everything that he has done for me.And the fast pace of his willing to get me the house in a timely manner.

I thoroughly recommend Mr. Weinmann. I’m from California, and was completely new to the Moscow area, where my daughter had begun attending college. Winter was upon us, and It was a limited market. It took me a couple visits (10 days in October, and 7 days in December) to narrow down the available properties to a short list of possibilities. Jayce was very good at understanding my wants and needs, my likes and dislikes, and my hope to get good value : the best property for the best price. Once I had made my choice, he was very instrumental in guiding me through the process of offering and then countering. With every step, the deal got stronger and gained momentum, until we had settled on a price, at which point he was ready with lender referrals. His very well established working relationship with the lender made my transition from a shopper to a buyer an easy one. He was always available to answer questions, provide insight, and guide me at every turn. I recommend him very highly !
