My wife and I had been looking for a retirement home in several states over the past three years. We decided Idaho would be the place, with the Boise area being our main focus. My wife had located several homes in the treasure valley to view when we arrived at the Boise International airport. When we arrived at the first property we noticed it had an open house. When we went inside that's when we met this incredible person Leda Waddle. From this moment forward Leda took us under her wing and showed us several homes she thought would fit our criteria and needs. We were not disappointed. Every home was a winner but we eventually narrowed our search down to three homes. With Leda's input and experience of the area we picked our forever home (God Willing). Since my wife and I reside out of the state currently Leda has not stopped at all helping us set up our utilities, tracking down people to bring things up to code (Vent stack on roof to code height) and even putting us in touch with a young gentlemen to maintain our yard. She has helped us with so many things because we are not able to be here on a regular basis the list goes on and on. For my wife and I Leda is not only our Realtor/Agent but because of who she is as a person she has become family to us. She truly is one of the treasures of the Treasure Valley.
