I meet Jaclyn in my process of interviewing real estate agents. After she explained the North Idaho market and her experience in that market, I knew I could trust in her decisions. I followed her recommendations to get the house ready to be listed. She did not push a listing date. When I was ready to list, she listed the home on Thursday night held an open house on Saturday, I accepted an offer on Monday evening. Her husband Randy even came by to help with a sprinkler repair. Then after the sale, her boys came over and helped pack the U-boxes!! I highly recommend Jaclyn for any real estate transactions. So much so if I move back to Idaho, she would be the first person I would contact!
