With every step, the deal got stronger and gained momentum, until we had settled on a price, at which point he was ready with lender referrals. His very well established working relationship with the lender made my transition from a shopper to a buyer an easy one. He was always available to answer questions, provide insight, and guide me at every turn. I recommend him very highly !
