Rachel was a great asset to me and my wife, first showing us a vacation condo, then representing us through the experience of buying it. Further, she went above and beyond her expected duties helping us to arrange and interpret a home inspection, providing excellent local trade contacts and estimates for work that needed to be done. She was helpful, prompt, and communicative throughout the process - we were always aware of the next steps and deadlines. Her work was especially helpful to us as we made and offer and completed the transaction from 2000 miles away. Our Liberty Lake waterfront home sold the FIRST day the listing went live and we had our money in FIVE days. Pam had EVERYTHING well prepared and in order for a sale.
