Matt LeBaron is the ultimate professional realtor. I felt that Matt used his considerable experience as a realtor to help me set a realistic reasonable price on the property I was selling. The property sold in a relatively short time. Throughout the sales period Matt consistently kept me informed with the progress of the sale. Matt helped me make informed intelligent choices about the sale of my property. I highly recommend Matt as a person that you can trust with any of your real estate needs.

Matthew was a fantastic force of positivity and action. The communication was beyond expectations and Matthew is honest, clear and put everything in writing. The market knowledge that Matthew has is top notch with excellent accuracy and competence. The entire process was professional yet personal and caring.

We have had the privilege of working with Matt Le Baron and his team on two occasions. We worked with him when we first moved to Idaho and were buying a home. He was very knowledgeable about the current buying market at the time and had some fantastic advice to ensure our offer stood out among the rest. Even though there were several other offers on the home, our offer was accepted due to following Matt’s guidance. When it came time to sell our home we knew exactly who to call, and Matt was just as exemplary and knowledgeable on the selling side. He came to our meeting prepared with detailed examples of current comparable homes and what he was going to do to make our home stand out among the thousands of others in the area and how he will maximize the number of views our property gets. The sale of our home was exactly as Matt predicted and our home sold on the first day. We have used many realtors in the past, and Matt and his team are the most professional and detailed team we have ever worked with. We highly recommend them to anyone in Idaho and wish we could take him with us for all our real estate needs.
