We chose to sell our house at a difficult time of unfavorable market conditions. Karyl helped us understand the market conditions and causal circumstances so that we could set realistic expectations. Her years of experience and familiarity with local people/projects allowed her to provide insights that would have otherwise been out of reach. Karyl is so easy to work with. She is genuine, patient, kind, supportive, knowledgeable, responsive, and adept at communication. She made sure to set our listing in a manner that fit our lifestyle and notified us timely regarding showings. She took cues from us and made suggestions if we seemed off track, which is the hallmark of a true professional. Her flexibility and fortitude to stay with us throughout the entire selling process in a tough market was comforting and admirable. We are so thankful to have met and worked with Karyl!
