I had the opportunity to have Derek assist with the purchase and the sale of my home. Derek listened to my list of requirements and my hard no’s. He was patient and kind. He could see in my face when we walked into the house I ended up buying that I was completely in love with it. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and when the closing was scheduled I couldn’t be more pleased with his abilities! When it came time to sell he was exactly the same.
