As a first time home buyer, I felt intimidated by the entire process of buying a home. I was connected with Jaylene and I’m so happy with the whole experience. Her communication through whole process was superb. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on or what the next step was. She was able to put things in laymen’s terms so that the average person could digest the information. Very good at answering questions and guiding you through the process. In all, I felt very reassured having Jaylene on my side. I couldn’t say enough positive things about her and would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Eddy has been a great help to my wife and I in purchasing multiple investment properties in the Boise area. He has knowledge of the local market and has advised us accordingly. He always answers my phone calls, texts, and emails. He has negotiated on our behalf to our benefit. I recommend Eddy very highly. Eddy is also associated with a great team including lender, transaction coordinator, title company, inspection company, and property management company. We are out-of-state investors and Eddy has given us an incredible sense of comfort in our transactions. He Cares!
