As a first time home seller the process seemed very scary at first but Lily’s knowledge and attitude made the experience so great for us. She was always available to answer any questions we had at any time, she kept us updated every step of the way, she was also very transparent giving us advice and suggestions. What we appreciated most about Lily was her positive and warm attitude, we felt very comfortable going to her with questions and concerns. She was very determined to sell our house and her passion for helping us really showed in her performance, we know how hard she worked to help us and she handled the pressure perfectly. Having two young babies while trying to sell made open houses and scheduling showings hard at times but Lily was always very understanding of our personal lives and that meant a lot to us. We really feel we built a great relationship with Lily and we would absolutely recommend meeting her and seeing for yourself her work ethic and friendly spirit!

I would recommend Jessica Sutherland to anyone that is seeking a good realtor. She is friendly, honest, patient and willing to work with your schedule to help you find your dream home.
