He was patient with how many homes we ended looking at to find the one. When it came to purchasing the house of our choosing, he was helpful in guiding us through the contract process and assisting us in getting items we deemed important included in our contract. We have now been in our new home for 6 weeks and we are very happy with our purchase and appreciate Patrick’s help with getting us our new home and would recommend him to others and would look to him for any future home sales and purchases.
