Valerie was beyond any expectation my wife and myself had regarding a realtor. She helped us build the home as we were in Alaska, and met with construction crews on our behalf. Then she helped sell it in our absence three years later and staged it, took care of a few items we needed done, photographed with a professional, not with her cell phone camera, and kept us informed the entire way.
