We had a few bumps in the road with this sale (issues out of our control) and she navigated it perfectly, staying on top of all communication and follow up, acting professionally and thoroughly on my behalf. She did a fabulous job of educating me on needed next steps calmly and efficiently. To sum it up she was simply amazing through the entire process.
