Best Realtor Ever!

Kit & her team (Whitney, in particular) are great. My transactions were both so easy and closed without a hiccup. I highly recommend the Kit Fitzgerald team!

Kit understood our sales goals, diagnosed the property's upside and got us a timely sale!

Kit's analysis of the market, the property and the upgrades needed allowed us to maximize the property's potential & get us a sale even though we were competing with new home sales in the area. She coordinated the work needing to be done & advised us on which offer to accept. We were not in the local area and were able to rely on Kit's expertise. We'll continue use Kit anytime we have real estate needs in the greater Boise area. Kit is 5 star!

Excellent Representation with High Integrity & Unequivocal Transparency

Jeff was excellent throughout the sale of our home. He has an exceptionally high level of integrity and went above and beyond the expectations of a traditional agent to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction. We have used Jeff for several other seller transactions over the years and he has never disappointed. Recommend without hesitation!
