Working with Stephanie was a great experience from start to finish. She was always willing to work around our busy schedule and made herself available whenever we needed her. Throughout the home-buying process, she listened to our wants and needs and never pressured us into making decisions that weren't right for us. Even when the transaction didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped, she stayed professional, patient, and committed to helping us reach the finish line. We especially appreciated the effort and sacrifice she made during negotiations with the other agent to make sure our interests were represented and protected. Her communication, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful process much easier. We are grateful for all of her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Steph is a Top Level Realtor, and we are so thankful that she decided to list our property. She is a professional, smart and savvy business woman who knows how to find buyers for her clients, and she will work tirelessly to close the transaction. In a market that was slowly turning stale, she had secured the "full price" offer in 5 days, and facilitated the closing of the loan within 21 days. Stephie's Super Power isn't her pleasant, bubbly, and friendly personality, it's what she does behind the scenes, after the for sale sign is planted in the yard. She was constantly contacting and coordinating with the contractors, roofers and industry professionals who were needed to make the sale go through. She leads the process, sometimes from behind the scenes. She absolutely knows what she is doing and takes charge of the situation. She kept in constant communication with us, and we never felt "out of the loop". We can not thank her enough for listing out house, presenting it to the public, and securing a buyer for our house. Thank You Stephanie! You went "above and Beyond".

Always willing to go the extra mile in making sure you find the perfect home
