Josh excelled in all areas. He is very honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. He works extremely hard and goes above and beyond the standards. Josh never failed to follow up or follow through. We were buying from out of the area but working with Josh made it everything go smoother and easier. We highly recommend Josh for any real estate needs you have.

Reaching out to Candice was the best decision I made when starting my home buying journey. As a first time homebuyer, the process was both exciting and overwhelming. I appreciated during our initial meeting that she walked through the entire home buying process step by step, defining terms unfamiliar to me. Candice was always patient and willing to answer all my questions (even when I asked the same question twice)! I never felt pressured through my experience, Candice was always reassuring often stating “this home is for you” so I always knew she had my best interest at heart. During home tours or open houses, Candice was very thorough pointing things out that I would not have noticed or even known to look for as a first time homebuyer. I always felt guided and know I could completely trust her. I ended up in the perfect home and it’s all thanks to Candice! She negotiated on my behalf always making sure I was comfortable so I could end up in my dream first house! I could not be more happy or envision a better house for me to start this chapter of homeownership! I would without a doubt recommend Candice to anyone looking to purchase a home or relocate to the Treasure Valley! 100/10

Dori was most helpful in selling my home. I needed some work done in the crawl space when the inspector said there was standing water, and she obtained the contractor to fix that. My home also sold for the price she recommended. She communicated with me when required.
