In the red hot metro-Boise housing market, I sought to purchase a small home in late 2020. I was fortunate to be referred to deReus Real Estate, headed by principal Michele. We discussed preferred location and features of the home I hoped to buy and at the turn of the new year, began looking at potential residences. Within a weekend, deReus associate Pam Martin steered me to a newly competed residence that matched my wish-list almost entirely. A purchase offer was engineered through by Michele and Pam just before the house was officially listed on the market. My offer was accepted. Ms. Martin undertook most of the responsibility of working towards a rapid and successful closing. She was remarkably skilled in every phase, and most generous with her time in allowing me access for things like measuring for window covering and floor spaces for furniture positioning. Going well beyond the usual level of customer service, Pam positioned high and middle school tracks on the maps of potential homes knowing that I was an avid runner. Closing went flawlessly in early February, and I am delighted with the end- result of this home purchase. I heartily recommended de Reus Realty to potential house seekers in this area.

Rachel was awesome. It has been many years since I have sold anything major. I could not have done it without Rachel's help. There were a few times it was a challenge, but with all her help we were able to provide all documents and information requested in a timely fashion. If I decide to sell my current home some day, Rachel will be the first realtor I call. She is beautiful, has a very charming personality and was really nice and fun to work with.

As this was the second time we used Tyler as a realtor, he again did not disappoint! As we had to find a property within a certain window of time (which was very stressful), he went above and beyond to meet our deadline and find us the home perfect for us. His professionalism, efficiency, and care during the entire process never went unnoticed. We will definitely use him again for any future real estate transactions, as he was wonderful to work with!

Packing up your personal belongings and moving 1700 miles away is stressful enough. Now throw in temporary living, a dog who has separation anxiety, closing on a house 1700 miles away, looking for a new house, and starting a new position for work can be all a person can take. Linzie Sawyer however took a lot of the stress off us. She worked hard for us and put up with our anal ways. She didn’t pressure us just to make the sale nor did she minimize our needs. Linzie adapted to our personality’s and targeted those homes. She made us feel like we were the only ones buying a home. She was on it!!! Highly recommended
