I lost my home to ‘eminent domain’, and had been unsuccessful, finding and closing on a relocation home until working with Karissa. Had to find a home that fit the requirements of a qualified replacement, and close within a required time period. With a fast moving housing market, and slow relocation process. I was unable to find anything. Karissa, found a home that qualified, worked with all parties involved…listing agent, lender, and relocation company, to successfully complete the process. I was at a risk of losing my relocation package, but she took control of the situation and was able to do what no other, I previously worked with, could do! Absolutely, the Best!
