He took on an extremely difficult task of working with us remotely with little or no direction which was also time sensitive. He did whatever it took to get the house on the market and all things looking and feeling fresh! Once an offer was accepted it didn’t stop their, as our buyer was a first home buyer things were really dicey which also made it hard to keep the close date.
