Stephanie, made purchasing our home very easy. We really appreciated all her efforts during the process. We especially liked her ability to relay information back and forth between us and the seller and builder.

We were so fortunate in getting connected with Cindy Zachman of the Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Real Estate Group as we started the sale process of our home in Meridian, ID. Selling a home you love can be a traumatic experience but Cindy made the whole process less stressful to say the least. Cindy was always calm and reassuring; listening to our every thought and request and was very responsive to any questions we had. She gave us excellent advice in the negotiation stage and made sure we were covered all the way to closing. She also got us substantially more than our asking price! She was really there for us! We would, and will, recommend Cindy to anyone in the market looking to either sell or purchase a home. She is a true professional with a genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied every step of the way.
