As a first time home buyer, I felt intimidated by the entire process of buying a home. I was connected with Jaylene and I’m so happy with the whole experience. Her communication through whole process was superb. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on or what the next step was. She was able to put things in laymen’s terms so that the average person could digest the information. Very good at answering questions and guiding you through the process. In all, I felt very reassured having Jaylene on my side. I couldn’t say enough positive things about her and would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone.
