Andy was a phenomenal realtor for us and became a family friend through the process of buying our first home. The day I called him to introduce myself and request his help, my wife and I were planning on looking at an open house on our own. When I told him our plan for the day, he dropped what he was doing to come meet us at the open house and introduce himself in person. This was the first thing that impressed me while working with Andy. It was easy for me to trust him after this experience. Shortly after we connected with Andy, we had to take a break because my wife was in between jobs. Andy handled this with grace and understanding but he still insisted we look at listings to keep an eye on the market and look for things we liked in houses. Andy also has a background in construction so when we looked at older houses, he was able to pass along information about things that I was not familiar with. This helped me a lot because I was not ready or skilled enough to buy a fixer upper. Andy was readily available to help us throughout this process when I expected him to be away from his phone with family, he would still respond to texts and emails after 10 pm. Our process of working with Andy was beyond my expectations and it helped that there was never a time that Andy wasn't available to help us out.

Sanel was very easy to contact with questions & concerns, always able to find an answer. Always curtious, explained the process and moved quick with listing and offers. Sanel was honest with his opinions but always left the decisions up to us. We had a last minute paint issue before handing over keys, and he worked quickly with other realtor to find the best resolution. We would highly recommend Sanel.
