Great customer service!

Due to unfortunate timing, we had to sell a home right as interest rates started climbing. Chad assisted us in coming up with a solid plan, utilizing all the tools available to reach far and wide for potential buyers. It took a couple of tries and with some solid negotiating, we reached a fair deal. Chad was thoughtful and kind during a difficult time. He was attentive, communicative, and he's just a nice human being.
