Jim was outstanding

Jim was very attentive and his communication skills were outstanding. He would generally respond to questions and requests within minutes. He was also invaluable in helping us structure our offers so as to give us the best chance of having our offer accepted. His knowledge of the Boise market is outstanding. Even after the close, Jim is helping us with details as we have not relocated to Boise yet. We highly recommend Jim.

Top Notch Agent!

What a pleasure to work with Craig. We were interested in a newly built home. He had great knowledge of both the house and the builder and the subdivision. He also quickly addressed any questions we had with the builder and happily let us revisit the home two additional times. We later made an offer which lead to a counter offer and finally an accepted offer all of which Craig facilitated quickly and openly. Communication could not have been better. The entire buying experience was great. Well done Craig.
