What a pleasure to work with Craig. We were interested in a newly built home. He had great knowledge of both the house and the builder and the subdivision. He also quickly addressed any questions we had with the builder and happily let us revisit the home two additional times. We later made an offer which lead to a counter offer and finally an accepted offer all of which Craig facilitated quickly and openly. Communication could not have been better.
