She advertised in multiple venues to attract attention to our property, and advised us of possible changes in asking price that could be made to keep in tune with changes in the market. We could always count on her to be honest and knowledgeable about each phase of the sales process, scheduling inspections and following up on those results. She was always “spot on” in negotiating the final details involved in closing the deal. She was on top of every aspect of both finding us a new home in the area, and working with the other realtors involved. Everyone who knows her has respect for her abilities as a realtor.
