I can’t recommend our agent highly enough. From our first conversation, she was focused on understanding exactly what we needed and worked tirelessly to find us the right home. Her advice was honest, well-informed, and always in our best interest. She steered us toward the right decisions and away from the wrong ones, and we never felt pressured. She also has an impressive network of contacts, from lenders and inspectors to contractors, and every introduction she made was valuable and made the process smoother. When something came up, she handled it quickly and kept us informed at every step. In all my years, I’ve never met a more motivated real estate agent. She went above and beyond at every turn, and we ended up in a home we love because of her effort. If you’re buying or selling, call her first. You won’t regret it.

Tawni was great all around. She worked overtime to make sure everything went smoothly. So much appreciation for her!

Christy was great to work with throughout the entire process! Her communication was excellent, she was always quick to respond, and she made sure we were informed every step of the way. She was professional, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

Mary came to my home and gave me suggestions on how to prepare my house and property for the market. I had contacted her at the end of June 2024 and after the open house in early September I accepted one of the offers. Mary is a wonderfully knowledgeable agent!

I was a new arrival in Idaho and looking to purchase a very specific type home with a limited budget. Stephanie was exactly who I needed! She was able to navigate me from start to finish in finding the exact home I needed and was available day and night to answer my many phone calls full of lots of questions. I highly recommend Stephanie - I promise you will be more than well cared for and enjoy the process all along the way!

We’ve worked with Stephnie a couple of times now, and we’ll keep coming back. She made the selling process easy by putting together a fantastic market analysis that helped us understand our area and how our home stacked up. She went above and beyond to prepare our house and showcase its strengths so it stood out from the competition. When it came time to buy, she was just as dedicated. She spent countless hours looking at homes with us and communicating with sellers to make sure our needs were met. No matter how tight the timing or how many adjustments we had to make, she stayed friendly, calm, and professional. Stephnie isn’t just a great Realtor — she’s a person of real integrity who genuinely cares about her clients. She’s absolutely our top choice.
