Lisa knows the area and trends. Stays on top of the current market. Everything I expect of an agent, she makes it clear.

Melody is pleasant and easy to work with. She is not pushy. As a filter, she was responsive to our stated purchase objectives and did not limit our viewings to her listings. Her showings were limited to a specified geographic area which was relatively broad and widely diversified and she exhibited an in depth knowledge of the general conditions regarding her showings. The industry's "buyer- buyer's agent-seller's agent- seller" communication pathway does not provide direct observation of negotiation techniques and skills but our finale result indicated a compromise between us and the seller; so the I am only able to say that her negotiation skills contributed to a successful closing, although at a higher price that taxed my resources. In putting up with me, she exhibited a high degree of professionalism. She made herself very accessible and responsive to my questions and issues. In good faith, I can highly recommend her.

I can’t recommend our agent highly enough. From our first conversation, she was focused on understanding exactly what we needed and worked tirelessly to find us the right home. Her advice was honest, well-informed, and always in our best interest. She steered us toward the right decisions and away from the wrong ones, and we never felt pressured. She also has an impressive network of contacts, from lenders and inspectors to contractors, and every introduction she made was valuable and made the process smoother. When something came up, she handled it quickly and kept us informed at every step. In all my years, I’ve never met a more motivated real estate agent. She went above and beyond at every turn, and we ended up in a home we love because of her effort. If you’re buying or selling, call her first. You won’t regret it.

I had a great experience working with Rawanda. Her experience helped to understand what was needed to market and sell my property. As an out of town seller, she provided regular updates and communication to keep me informed. We were able to secure a buyer and very pleased with the entire transaction thanks to Rawanda's efforts. I will definitely use her again for any real estate needs in the area. Thanks again Rawanda.

we have used bethany many times and everytime she also go above and beyond to make the deal happen.

Tawni was great all around. She worked overtime to make sure everything went smoothly. So much appreciation for her!
