She personally knew our hay farmer and was able to get an agreement between the farmer and prospective buyers. She also ensured our Mutual Grant of Easement for an airstrip was properly filed with Clearwater Title prior to listing our property. She clearly explained all the forms we needed to sign during closing, which can be overwhelming.
