I know 5 stars is unusual to see, but Tom went over and above the line of duty in selling our property for us. Since I was out of state for the entire time that our property was for sale and the family cabin was pretty far away from everything even for Idaho! Tom had to take care of everything... and I mean everything. Arranging for repairs, maintenance, contractors, pest control, furniture moving... everything. He was always available by text, by phone and by email; he was always ready to help, or new someone that could help, and he was always super honest, good natured and positive. Without him, our property sale would not have happened. I highly recommend doing business with him! Thanks Tom!!

Very efficient transaction despite all the Covid related issues that delayed the closing. They did an excellent job navigating these difficult times

Crystal went above and beyond as our real estate agent. She was patient, understanding, and willing to be flexible to accommodate us. She was with us every step of the process and treated us like close friends or family. She promised us she would do whatever she could to get our house sold and she delivered.
